A mod to make the game a little easier to play, by giving you an extra dose of experience every day for the skills with the highest learning rate. This means you'll get experience with the skills, even if you have a learning rate of 5. It's saved game compatible (you can disable it and enable it freely throughout your campaign).
The only thing you need to do is to install the mod.
